About Me

I'm Eduard Hvizdak. I try my best to position myself between business and technology. For the past two years I've built AI systems across public-contract document pipelines, university knowledge systems, and municipal AI assistants.

Now I'm focused on building production AI agents and automation systems that run on schedule, work with real data, take real actions, and report results.

On the side I run InzerPro, a SaaS with paying customers. I build with Claude Code and modern AI tooling, so integrations, automations, and internal tools ship in days, not quarters.

I spend my free time reading books, experimenting with new tools (token-maxxing) and doom-scrolling Twitter...

AI Systems Engineer @OneBond

2025 – 2026

  • Architected an autonomous multi-agent pipeline for analyzing public government contracts using OCR,web scraping, search, fact-verification, and LLM summarization.
  • Built a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) system with LangChain, PostgreSQL, and VoyageAI embeddings enabling semantic contract intelligence.
  • Implemented distributed embedding pipelines and async job queues to categorize millions of contracts in parallel.

AI Systems Engineer @CZS / Masaryk University

2025 – Present

  • Engineered a multi-stage RAG system combining vector search (OpenSearch), BM25, MMR retrieval, and LLM reranking for university knowledge systems.
  • Built an asynchronous FastAPI backend with conversation memory, feedback loops, and automated knowledge ingestion pipelines.

AI Developer @iGalileo

2025

  • Developed AI knowledge assistants for Czech and Slovak municipalities using LangChain and vector search (PGVector).
  • Implemented AI-driven form automation enabling structured data completion from internal datasets.

Think Tank Member & Programmer @EDUC Alliance(European Digital University Alliance)

2024 – 2025

  • Developed an AI assistant deployed on the university alliance's digital campus platform, built for 10 European universities with 200k+ students.
  • Collaborated with partner institutions on AI deployment strategy, governance, and GDPR compliance.

A SaaS I run on the side

Auto-renewal, bulk posting, and analytics for power sellers on Czech and Slovak second-hand marketplaces. The daily relisting runs on schedule instead of by hand. Hackathon build turned into side business with paying customers.
